That's great!! Talk about turning heads, something happened to me the other night on the town.. I was down at some clubs in south Miami.. While I was sitting in traffic stuck with a bunch of other cars. There was a new Z06 Vette, Brand new Viper, ME in the Yellow EVO, and a Ferrari.. As people were walking by, they were totally amazed at my EVO.. They totally ignored the other cars and came up to talk to me about my ride! Even the other car owners kept sweating it.. I thought that was pretty awesome actually!! I figured that people were used to seeing the EVO by now! Guess I was wrong.

Ferrari's are probably everywhere in miami. I live in a rural town w/ 3,000 people and I saw 2 of em today.

Yeah, believe it or not, the EVO gets more attention in Miami (FL in general) than such cars as Ferraris, Porsches, Vipers, etc.
I experienced that first hand driving my EVO around Florida

 

really , here in MD nobody looks twice at me.... oh well, maybe a good thing

same here.. its hard to believe that evos get so much attention eslewhere, b/c unless its a group of 18 yr old guys, nobody pays any attention to it. i thought it was b/c the silver blended tha car in, but i guess if red dont get attention, then probably nothing will. oh well.. its not like we go this car to impress others.

 

yeah, as much as we like the Evo's looks, it won't win any beauty contests. enthusiasts get the car for other reasons. the general public doesn't understand its greatness.

 

I was out in Northern Va yesterday....from passers-by, I got 2 thumbs up, one horn and wave, one dood screamed "hot car!", and had 2 conversations in parking lots while trying to leave the local shopping centers.
