file a claim with your credit card company. they will do a chargeback. Paypal sucks ***.

yeah don't bother with paypal. they will just drag it out. just call the CC company, dispute, and they place a hold on it. then you get the cash back. no worries.

As long as you paid through Paypal you are good to go man. I wouldn't sweat it too much. What I might consider doing is reporting the seller for fraud. Selling bad sh*t online is a no no, I don't think his local law enforcement will take too well to that. If anything it will just cause the seller the same headache he caused for you. In the meantime you should report the sale to Paypal and from there it will take anywhere from a week or so to a couple months but you will get your money back.
If the guy intensionally sold you a bad part he should be banned form the forum for being dishonest and fraudulent in his dealings with other forum members. just my .02

That is what 94AWDcoupe bought from the radiator supply. It was a 2002 lancer condensor. It is the same.

 

found a new one today for$130.... i cant beleive i payed 200 for a used pos
