MitsubishiPartsStore.com Scammed Me?

So I ordered some floor mats from them (my car didnt come with any) on 06/15. It showed them as 'processing' on 06/18 and today, my order status was updated to 'Delivered' 06/20.

WTF! I went outside & dont see any floor mats outside, so just where were they delivered? I tried looking on there website for a 'contact us' option...and they dont even have a number to contact!!!!! Does anyone know the number or know what the heck is going on with my order? Thanks.

contact

Do they have a link on their website to contact them via e-mail?

Did they provide you with a tracking number, or did you just view the shipping details on their website?

Did you pay via paypal? or credit card? You can file a claim through either if they fail to respond and do not deliver your item. Vendors are responsible for proving the item was delivered to you. If they cannot provide the tracking number showing it was delivered to your house then you will get your money back.

UPDATE: I think its pretty sh*tty how they do not have an option to 'contact' them, AT ALL on the site. Fortunatley, going through the emails, I noticed one of them was titled with 'Don Jacobs Mitsubishi'... in which I googled & found a contact #.

Im going to have to say, that this website has pretty well pissed me off. The floor mats will be delivered tomorrow according to the jerk on the phone. When I made my order, I asked in the comments box, "If these floormats came with an EVO VIII emblem".. and never got a response back. Whats the point of the comments box then? Then when I ask for the tracking #, he repeated the whole 16 digit number within 5 seconds... so I tell him, whoa buddy, you need to slow it down, so I can actually write this down.

My review on this... rating 1-10 = a 5... and only because it was so easy to place the order & they had a large selection to choose from.

The contact number is in the middle of the top of the home page... I guess it was easier to do some searching.

I got the same number from their website. Also the "delivered" status sometimes means it left the warehouse on the way to you. It doesn't necessarily mean its been delivered to your door.

I had a good experience with these guys. Quick delivery, easy ordering, etc. I even needed to return an item and that was easy. Just called them and shipped it back. Oh well, I guess wacky things happen on occassion.

I actually had the same issue with my floor mats from them. But they took 2 weeks to get them to me. They came 2-3 days after the tracking said "delivered". Just call them
