Autometer Glove COmp???

Anybody got this?? I wanted to get this because i want a stealth look on my evo.

im ordering gauges and im not sure what gauge pod i should get. Im already putting my afr and boost on the steering colum.

If anybody has this setup please share your feelings on it. Like are the gauges easy to view. How was the installation.

or should i just stick to getting the triple pillar pod which would be easier to view while driving?

I don't have that gauge pod in my Evo, but I have Driven an MR2 with a pod like that. It was verry annoying, he had his boost gauge in there for some retarded reason, and you have to like completely turn you head to see the gauges. Just try driving somewhere safe and take a glance at the glove box, well alot of times its required that you actualy watch the boost gauge or AFR or what ever gauge to see if there is something abnormal happening. I reccomend at least to have a boost gauge and AFR gauge on the pillar or something really close to where you naturaly look so you can watch them out of the corner of you eye when you are driving and Vise versa. But remember, don't sit there and watch your gauges on a busy road or something stupid. If you think there is a problem find an Empty road or even better a closed course and test there. But yeah Gauges in the Glove box are difficult to veiw when driving, they are good for temp gauges you are going to check Every now and then, or something thats important but doesn't change rapidly.

i had the autometer triple lower cubby pod for about 3 months. the pod itself was a nice piece but trying to moniter the gauges were a pain. i ended up getting the rexpeed triple gauge pod. the gauges are easy to view and the pod was easy to install.
