Why do people rip on this guy so much about the feedback anyway? The feedback system here is far from ideal. I buy stuff and never receive feedback because there is no incentive to update it.

It sucks to be ripped off for sure, so I hope the OP can get his money back.

The avenues to get money back is through Paypal (if used), through your Credit Card company (and sometimes Bank), and through a law suit. I don't know which of these are available to you besides the Paypal.

Thanks mate well I spoke to the guy on the LS1 forum last night and put some pressure on.

When I got into work this morning I checked my pm's on here and I had this message from Alex:

It's not me who sold you anything.....

I spoke to my CC company and found out how i can help you.

If you can provide me with your original transaction number, complaint number and all his information i can buy the debt from you as a lein....

As a Licensed Business i have the ability to send the debt/lein to collections to get the money back.

Only thing is if you get a refund from him or receive the merchandise then you by law have to refund my money.

let me know, i can buy it through paypal.

BTW.... i still don't know how you know my brother or GF but if you **** with any of them you will have to deal with me personally.

let me know and send me your paypal info and a phone number i can reach you at.

And also In my email was an email from Alex saying it wasnt him here with the following message:

I am sorry for the troubles, i received e-mails form evo-m saying i had PM while i was out on a business emergency, i went to log on and said i was banned for spamming/scamming.
The pipe has not shipped yet, i have authorized paypal to issue a full refund for the $250 US you paid.

So to me i find it abit of a coincidence that i am getting my money back now and he expects me to believe these people are not all linked.
Oh and the juiced/noogles contact Id say is him and his brother as they came from the same IP.

 

I'm confused exactly who said what and who did what but if you get your money back that's all that counts. Glad the lines of communication are open. Good luck with everything Paul! Please update this thread with any news.
