Who to get in touch with over being ripped off?

Hey guys on the 6th of june I paid 250 dollars to a guy called noogles for a black ams upper intercooler piping and black tial dump valve and I have still not recieved it yet.
I have replied to the thread and sent him numerous pm's which he has never replied to even though he has been online since.

Here is his for sale thread:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=274974

Now the other weird thing is there is a guy called juiced now selling a ams upper intercooler pipe which is black and a black tial dump valve in the for sale section for 350 dollars and he is also from SO CAL.
I find this guit weird that too black coated ams intercooler piping with a black tial dv coming up for sale from guys in the same area.

Here is the other thread:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...=1#post4482800

I have already put a complaint into paypal but what else can I do?

If you used your credit card with paypal you can cancel payment. Paypal won't do anything.

Also you must remember if your are in Ireland then it must go thru customs = long time

Some of us dont live in cali where it's easy to go and pick up used parts from an evo member. I can't stand it when crap like this goes on. I've been ripped off before a couple times also. There's really not much you can do. The best thing is pm each other a few times before you buy and make sure to check out their history.

what a naive statement.. If someone has an established seller rating there should be no worries..

As far as the guy who got ripped off, you could prob. say goodbye to your money..

Im guessing you didnt check his feedback and notice in feb. he had a neg. feedback.

since when does a good seller rating guarentee anything?

what part of "dont buy used parts thru the mail.. pick up only is your safest bet." is naive? i have experience first hand dealing with the same kind of asshats, so i am hardly inexperienced.
the only way to be sure is to either pick it up.. or buy new.

It doesn't guarantee anything but it helps ALOT. If the thread started actually READ his feedback first before purchasing, he could've saved himself alot of trouble. It's partly your fault for not looking at his prior transactions.

Yes guys I normally woud read feedback but he had zero so I pressumed he hadnt sold anything before plus he seemed alright when I pm'd him.

I just find it all abit weird that another guy from the same area is selling the same thing.

Bob (speedlimit) seems to be working the issue, he locked the other thread and is trying to contact the OP.

Turns out the 2 guys mentioned have the same IP address so it looks like they/he did rip me off. He sold the bits to me first for 250 delivered and then tried to sell it again for 350 dollars.

Beware do not buy from noogles or juiced.

Did you not look at his feedback before buying?

Sent payment, never recieved goods, no reply.

I don't know about you, but I sure would not buy anything from him after I read that...

Good luck, though.

Oops, sorry did not see the previous posts on the feedback thing.
