If his car isnt stock, you might need to be a bit worried from a roll. If he has decent mods and some decent tires, you should be pretty worried all the way around. E55(simialar power plant) have run high 10's w/ bolt ons and DR's @ a 125+ trap. If he's stock, i wouldnt really waste the gas.

i ran an e55 amg with

full bolt ons and cams and a bad tune and ran dead even with it. it was an 04 e55. we did 40-125.

since then i've been retuned, and then threw an evo9 turbo on top of that tune and haven't tuned the 9 turbo and lost to a s600 v12 twin turbo with a rentec upgrade making 660whp/740tq by a car and a half from 40-110 on only 21psi.

you have a 50 trim. you'll stomp him even on pump gas. you should be in the 119 trapping range on pump. he should be in the 114-116 range. race gas... that's just a complete humiliation waiting to happen.

Its hard to say, Going up our mnt here I followed ILAZ in his benz, He is a great driver, and knows how to corner well, aside from his crappy tires in the straight aways I would pull up on him pretty well, until i got to pass him. Never got over 110 mph tho, but I think you with the bigger turbo being able to flow in the high end you should be abl to win no pro. I personaly have (AT THE TRACK) beat one 1/4.

my friends dad has a sl55 and my friend has a s4 with ko4's putting down 340whp and 330tq and he pulls on the sl on the highway and off the line.. you should be good if you can drive
