anyone ride stock and completly satisfied..???
I was satisfied with my car when it was stock. I mod it mainly because I like working on cars. Once you start modding it is really hard to stop though.
I would rather have a stiffer ride when taking corners. It feels like it has a lot of body roll and it also feels like it wants to slide. I've noticed this from the first day I bought it. I've been thinking about getting some Eibach springs to see if that will help.
Mine is stock except for a drop-in and a set of Enkei RPF1's and 55k on the clock . The handling is excellent for a DD . I don't consider it fast , but I am coming from a mid 13 turbo Mirage on street tires . The AWD takes a lot of the fun out of the launch / torque steer experience . The boost taper really bums me out as well . Once I hit 60k , here come BR stage 2 or 3 and I'm sure my opinion will change .

I love how the evo performs stock and I would have left it stock but I have a friend who owns a shop and he had sooooo many parts in stock and cheap too, that I had to modify the car. The car just makes power.
I'm perfectly satisfied with the car as it rolled off the assembly line, it's just that our cars respond so well to mods that it's extremely tempting to get into it. 260 awhp is enough to pass almost anyone from a red light, but it seems almost like a waste not to spend $1500 and put down close to 350 awhp while actually getting better fuel economy because your tune is less rich. That said, I'm still unsure I'll ever mod, just because I intend to keep the car forever and it would be nice to be able to say it's totally stock a decade or more down the road.
I've got 14.5k miles on mine, basically stock but for the K &N, and some appearance mods. Like many others, I am a bit wary of popos and the warranty issue because it is my DD, but I'm fairly sure I will start messing around with it after say 30k or so. . .
