Is this part off my car?

Hi, I'm not sure if this part fell off my car or if i just ran it over.
Anyone know what this chunk of rubber is? its a bit smaller than a brick.

Those go in struts for shipping so it can be tied down without bouncing around. They should have been removed by the dealer.
