flutter problem?

I'm getting a really bad flutter out of my intake or bov. . does this mean my hks ssqv is leaking boost or bad? my bov sounds alot different now. . Could this be my low boost problem?

Well, you already know you're not supposed to be using the HKS SSQV, and this is one of the reasons why. No, it's not leaking boost - it just shouldn't be used on an Evo!!

No, this is not your low boost problem, but I cannot believe you still have that on your car after all this time...

what's wierd Warr, is when I run open wastegate (wastegate line not hooked up to mbc or anything) I still can't get past 10psi. . Would that mean it's a leak?
Also if I turn my mbc all the way to low boost, it stays at 10 psi. . .
