I've seen a guy at the AMS (in Maryland) who had one. He brought it to the annual BBQ, it was freaking bad ***. It had tags on it too!

 

I believe the TME edition (Evo 6.5 as it's also known) was released in 1999 and possibly manufactured until as late as 2001 - though I'm not completely sure.
