Reading all these horror stories of people's cars getting messed up, I live in a townhouse gated complex...and i parked my car about 100ft from my house because there was no parking outside (garage is full), and it was so hot yesterday i rolled down all the windows when driving home (RARE), so i totally forgot to roll up my rears. I came downstairs to go to work and saw my windows opened i was like holy!! so i check all my stuff and everything's there, even my wallet(left it in my armrest). Thank God it didnt rain neither because i would've been PISSED!!!! So in other words, Thank the Lord today

 

I did the same thing last night, Thats funny. But I left my front drivers rolled down all the way. I woke up like WTF. I was so thankful everything was still there. I guess I was so tired when I got home I totally missed it.

Man you are lucky....that EXACT same thing happened to me, except...this was during softball this past spring and I have never rolled down my back windpows..and I just got the car, my prelude before my evo didnt have rear windows..so i forgot to roll up the windows...im at school so i come back from practice...head down the street for my night class....and go to grab my purse to freshen up....GONE...call home its not there..so the next day I get a phone call from a elementary school 20min away from my campus..they had found my purse in there parking lot...well I had to cancel all my credit cards after they filled up 3 times worth of gas in whoevers car they were in..and luckily my headunit and nothing else was taken...But you got lucky!

 

and today on the SAME day, i left my blackberry in the restroom. this is a weird day!!! in all my life, i've never made either of these mistakes, and i got lucky with both mistakes

I've done that before and it stormed for 3 hours. my back seats were SOAKED, i ripped emm out and let them dry in the house for 2 days. My car smelled like crap for about a week.

 

Lucky, mine would have been gone.

 

yea right...

I got home the other night from a party.. to find that my pops had left my passenger side window all the way down. 3 am in a dark spot.

What goodies you ask?

1. Pioneer AVIC w/ faceplate still in place.
2. Defi Gauges.. The entire center console setup.
3. Ipod controller and Ipod in the Glove Compartment.
4. Then all the other goodies in the trunk...

I was so pissed.. but luckily no one had even bothered to tamper w/ my car.
