Hi there

I have just put a Perrin intake on my car. It works great, makes great power. But it's kinda noisy. Everytime I get on it, it have a whistling sound, kinda like a police siren sound. Just wondering if that's normal? Thanks in advance.

How can people buy an Evo 9 and not know anything about cars? I just don't get it.

Isn't that why you bought it? To make noise? No, it doesn't make great power. What made you say that? All it does for you is make noise, which again is why you bought it, right?

1st of all, thanks for the replies. This is my first Evo I have own, I don't know much about it, but I'm willing to learn. EvoM is a good place for learning about Evo. As far as the Perrin intake go. It's make great power. And I already had my car tune. My car makes scary power for the amount of mod I have on the car. Again thanks.

Consider that I only have the Perrin intake, QTEC DP with cut out, Megan O2 housing, and a MBC. Boost was at 24 tapering down to 20. My car made 374 whp on a dynapack. Stock MR made 250 on that same dyno.

Could you post the dyno chart, before and after?
