3" fake cat heat shields... where to get them???

Does anyone know who sells them? prostreetonline.com used to have them but I can't find them on their site anymore. I have one on my evo and it's come in pretty handy. I just ordered a 3" tbe for my galant and want to run the same setup.

RRE has a Rally Cat that is a Resonator Pipe, but looks like a stock Cat.

or just carefully take off the sheild from your stock cat and put it over the test pipe.

give the choice... I'd just run a test pipe without a fake shield.

I'd rather use ignorance as a defense instead of being caught blatantly breaking the law AND trying to hide it.

I wish these guys would start making Evo exhausts. They do exactly what your asking but for Scoobies only:
