While I didn't have another Evo, I did choose to upgrade to the MR from my previous car simply because I wanted all the goodies. I could have picked any other model, but rather than go the cheap route (like I did with my last ride) I figured I'd get everything right off the bat instead of adding it on later.

The only downside of the MR is the slightly weaker tranny, but I figure if I had a 5 I'd still have Shep build it up right before I took it to the track for extended periods of time. Neither 5 or 6 stock is bulletproof.

So in short...HID's FTMFW! lol

I really got the Evo MR because I actually got a good deal on it. I was looking for a good trade in for My Sti and luckily my car payments only went up only $30.00 compared to $60.00 for an 05 SSL, and an even trade for an 03 with 50K miles I searched high and low and got a good deal IMO.

The first step is admitting you have a problem, the second is trading in the STi, good for you. *pats your back*

Lol I really do miss the Sti, but I'd miss my Evo even more. Lately all I see is Sti's where I live by and no Evo's. So all the Sti guys just stare at my car and give me thumbs up.
