I find this laughable.
Working in dealerships all my life Ive seen this happen numberous times. Ive even seen sales people bribe customers to fill it out with high marks do get free oil changes, etc etc. Its sad. I worked at a dealership who had an awful sales staff and when I bought my car...they sent a survey, which I was expecting and filled it 100% honest...which wasnt good and sent it in.
Sales people = bleh!
Sales people = bleh!
I'm afraid they might shaft me if i go back for service on the car.. i feel if i give them the marks they ask for they will be good to me when and if a warranty issue arises.. as this is one dealer that is somewhat mod friendly
I had a pretty good experience with the guys at El Cajon Mitsubishi in San Diego. The dealer was a really cool guy, and the sales manager was cool too, and everyone was willing to work it out with me no matter what. The service department was ok, no one told me my car was done, that's about it. Other than that, I had a good time buying the car of my dreams. Now this other dealership here in SD (I won't name them) were not willing at all to budge from their offer, so I left. They were trying to rip me off big time, and their service department (I bought a few things from them) were pretty rude too.
Being rated 22nd doesn't seem like something to brag about! 22nd out of how many I wonder. I'd have a hard time even naming 21 other car companies.
That said, I have nothing bad to say about my dealership, especially the service dept.
