Question I find this laughable.

Dealer Commitment Results in Big Customer Service Gain -- Mitsubishi CEO.

I guess they didn't survey Evo owners are part of their customer service study.

well...they did sold a lot of evos (ix) this year. so i would think that, they wouldnt care if we have any complaints. theyre probably based it from how much they sold.

I was very satisfied with the oil change and its service. Their commitment from the employees was excellent. They did everything right. Very polite. I would like to know what was it that dissatisfied you.

My Salesman was very polite. My reply to the survey was mostly positive. My Service survey-Prior to it, the Service writer explain to me, that a positve survey would earn him a good evaluation and therefore some cash award. I like to write letters to all people that deserves it., also I am well known to write some negative letters too. But I do hope you all experience positive services. Good luck top you all !

Working in dealerships all my life Ive seen this happen numberous times. Ive even seen sales people bribe customers to fill it out with high marks do get free oil changes, etc etc. Its sad. I worked at a dealership who had an awful sales staff and when I bought my car...they sent a survey, which I was expecting and filled it 100% honest...which wasnt good and sent it in.

Sales people = bleh!

I wish they would send me a survey!

I had a very negative experience with 2 Mitsubishi dealerships. 1 is located in Northern VA, and the other is out in MD. In the first dealership in VA they straight up lied to me and treated me like I didn't know what an Evo was. First off, they told me they didn't have the color I wanted and that there were no more black Evo IXs anywhere on the east coast. They couldn't get any more and after they sell what's on the lot, no more evo's until the SE's come out. They wanted to put me in another color (which was the only color they had). I refuse to drop 30k on a car and not even get to choose the color. They tried talking me into a BASE LANCER! They said with the money I would save, I could buy a turbo for it.....

The dealer said that either I take one of the last 3 Evos they had, (all GG MRs which I didn't have the budget for) or wait until the SE's come out in 6 months. I said no, and left. I got home, went on the net and found a dealer in MD and they had the color I wanted! On the east coast no less, and about 50 miles from the other dealership!!!! I told ---------- Mitsubishi in MD that I would be coming up to MD to buy the black evo and he said its in the lot waiting for me.

I get up there and there is no black evo! It's still in the container at the port in Baltimore!!! I had an appointment for 2:00 pm and the car got there at 8:00pm. Apparently he thought I was just some kid who wasn't serious. (I'm 28, married and have 2 jobs)!! In the torturous six hours that I spent at the dealership having every car in the lot pitched at me, he tried everything to get me into another color evo, eclipses, even a Lancer wagon, and I of course wouldn't budge. What's with these people!!!!!

So finally it comes from Baltimore, fresh out of the container and they didn't even wash the thing because by the time the car arrived everyone in the carwash stations had left. They only had one guy there to do the "inspection" which took about a half hour.

Two weeks later I'm driving by the first dealership in VA and surprise surprise, there are two WW evo's and a black Evo for sale out front. Pshh! I guess he found one on the east coast after all. I drove mine in and made sure the salesman saw me. He asked me where I bought the car. I said --------- Mitsubishi in MD, the same day I was here. He went on about how good of a deal he was going to give me but I could tell he was furious. I decided to take my car to a third dealership for service since I didn't trust those guys anymore. I never got a satisfaction survey in the mail..... they are lucky!

Sorry About the Rant!

the survey I took was not just for the sales, it was also the service department.
let me tell ya my experiences. yes I said experiences 2 new cars and eclipse and an evo
Bought a 2006 eclipse which they only provided me with 1 key and did not put on the lisence plate holder. I did not want to screw in holes in my car so I brought it to them. After I put the back one on with 2 screws jiggy rig it without having to drill holes. they only put the front one on and left my jiggy rig back one on. So I complained and they finally fixed it. But still no key, finally got my key 1 month later.
took my car in for a 30,000 service and they did not even replace the spark plugs which was suppose to be part of the service.
bought and evo. this time got both keys, yaaaaa ! but they again did not do anything with the lisence plate. Had to take it back so they can fix it.
wanted winter tires put on and they said they coud not do it because it would damage the summer tires which were already on?
