TB Evo IX MR-SE with 5300 miles and a buy it now price of $11,500. WTF? Also, the other day I saw a Lancer with a bodykit and cheap wheels for sale...he said he had the "evo engine" and had a picture of the engine bay with the regular Lancer engine in it...somebody even asked him if it was a 4G63 and he said yes Poor poor consumer.

 

lol he didnt even list the vin #..Come on man you know there is something wrong with this car...doesnt take much common sense

not just that, he also has other cars listed for around 11,500. cars like rx8, 350z, etc.

all of them also has 111111111111111's as their vin no.

 

it sucks people do this, it hurts people like me that sell on there.

 

lol its scam. too easy to spot. i bet it will get remove soon. btw look at the picture! one car took in beach, one in dealership, and one in woods. So dumb if u get scam by ebay crap

 

Yes scams suck for everyone! My brother had his 100% redone 86 honda 250R 4 wheeler in autotrader and someone stole his pics and put them in an online ad and tried to scam people.. Then people started emailing him saying what the price was cuz the two ads were diff and showed his 4 wheeler in CA when his ad was in NJ (where he lives) It sucks for everyone.. Cant tell who to trust!

 

That's why you have options...for instance:

You watermark your username on your pictures, or have your username in your pictures.

or

Host your pictures somewhere else, and if someone just hotlinks them to sell it somewhere else change the orig picture to a giant ***** or something.

 

Look at the sellers other items.He sells everything for $11,500,even an 2007 Audi S4.

Ok guys...after talking to a nice lady on Ebay live chat...apparently someone hacked into that guys account and started selling cars in his name ...anyways...I feel better now that this scammer is not getting any money from doing that

 

ebay is nothing but scams now (just the ebaymotors division).

this has happened to me twice.
