need help asap

ok guys.. i was installing my defi's and everything went well... untill i forgot that the 12v constant line wasnt wrapped up.... and the battery was still connected.... so as i start to put the wires behind the panel away from visable sight it touched the open ground (metal bolts.. etc) sparked and now when i turn the key i get nothing.. radio dosnt work.. clock.. basically anything connected to a constant 12v... the engine dosnt even crank... anyone have anyidea how to fix this?

Have you inspected the fuses under the hood yet? Most likely where the issue is. Without a wire schematic, I cant really tell you which fuse to look at.

cause when i turn the key... it dosnt even crank..
i touched from ignition hot to an open ground...
