most random evo problem EVER! wtf??
Dude, I hope you didn't jinx me or something. If I go out today and brake hard and my washer fluid starts splurging... I'm gonna flip. lmao
Though, Id rather that happen than having my trunk open at 14 psi, that must suck!

my 99 vette will shoot out wiper fluid when i get on it real hard, your evo is doing it because the force of your braking is making the water in your washer hose shoot forward and eventually out the nozzle. put a one way valve as close as you can to the nozzles
My car does this horribly. I noticed it after switching to the Galant nozzles. After an auto-x run, I literally have blue washer fluid running down the fenders. Some times it's so bad it actually makes it about 3" up the windshield ...
Here is a thought ... could it be that when the reservoir is full and the suspension rolls heavily to the front that the nozzles are actually lower than the fluid level causing a siphon effect? as I said, I noticed the issue after installing the Galant nozzles, but I refilled the fluid that same day.
BTW, for those of you who think this is a random issue ... look in to the "coolant migration" issue that the A4 Volkswagen GTis had. Coolant was ending up in tail lights ... the issue was caused by the positioning of the coolant overflow drain. When the coolant leaked from the drain it ran down a body seam where the lighting harness is. The coolant wicked it's way to the back of the car via the felt tape that the harness is wrapped in and ended up in the tail light.

I might do some testing this evening on the siphon concept ... if the nozzles could possibly end up lower than the fill level, they would spray. The effect would be exacerbated by the g-forces from braking. I'll look in to it ... it seems like a likely scenario to me.
I never had that migration problem in my Beetle either ... IIRC, it was isolated to the early A4 VR6 GTi.

HahahahahaH
thats the funniest Sh** I've read in awile! Try draining down your fluid a bit or something. lol
