I believe goforwand. But i do want to know how much the liner was purchased for? curious?

So they still recieved thier part and it was in perfect shape , If you read you can see that this is the only complaint i have EVER recieved for damaged items .

That other negative feedback was because USPS takes their time with deliverys , however it does get there eventually

The Post office stamps the day the item comes in. All that guy had to do was see when you dropped it off with the post office. If they take thier time its noted on the box.

I have the saved every bit of correspondence regarding this issue. I have photographs of the holes that were left when you ripped through the plastic and fabric liner material because you were too fricken lazy to remove the plastic tabs.

I tried to mount these "mint condition" trunk liners, and guess what..they would not mount-Big Surprise!!

I ask you for recourse the day I recieved them, and you tell me tough crap??

The charge back wasn't a matter of the money, I was happy to pay the price as it was more than fair, you and your attitude made it a matter of principal.

I wasn't going to let some punk get away with this crap, especially when I reached out to you to try to make it right.

It is was it is....you try to screw people and you treat "customers" like crap, you get it back in spades...

Have a nice day

Punk ? Thats why i have vendors asking my opinion about doing business with you . This thread was to tell other members about your buying techniques .

The trunk liner and rear plastic backing plate was $150 shipped which was a good price for a "mint condition" trunk set.

New from the dealer (even using the great prices that Bill (Spins4) was able to quote) would have been close to $300 shipped.

I had no reason not to expect that I would get what I was promised, after all the person had a great rating?

Anyway, I have no way of knowing if this person did this purposely, hoping that I would just take it "as-is" and move on, or just didn't realize that the liner couldn't be used because of the condition it was in....but the bottom line is that this person had no interest in even the slightest attempt to come to some resolution to try to make it right.

Being 45 years old and with all the stuff I've bought or sold in my life, I have never had to file a chargeback on anything before (Internet purchase, E-Bay, etc.) but I had no alternative.

Live and learn....

Yes, I have a real problem with Vendors.......Robi $3000+ in suspension parts and work. ....Gruppe-S $2200 paid instantly.....RavSpec $1500 paid instantly...and on and on

See the difference between them and you is with them, I get what I pay for...big difference!

Best wishes!

Resolve this issue between yourselves. This is serving no purpose. ////
