Well today i got a dispute from paypal saying a buyer claimed i sent him "Damaged items " . As many of you guys know me on these forums and have purchased engines tranny etc know that i am honest seller . I sold this guy trunk lining that was in perfect conditon and he has the nerve to claim it was un-usable etc . So paypal denies his claim back in march cause i have never had any type of dispute before , he then goes and files a claim with is credit card and now they are trying to do a chargeback through paypal .

So out of 62 people you are the only guy "goforwand " that got damaged items ?

that sucks you got scammed man, i had people trying to scam me with concert tickets through a different person's Unverified paypal. Made them pay me with a MO.

 

Yea... Did it have some love stains on it or something? Not sure how carpet can be unusable...

I won't even start with the BS lies that you told to cover up the fact that took you over three weeks to ship this from the day I paid. "Daddy can ship it for me from his business....Oh I'm going to have to ship via the Post Office as it's too expensive"....Oh, now I'm shipping UPS"...WTF?

I have the saved every bit of correspondence regarding this issue. I have photographs of the holes that were left when you ripped through the plastic and fabric liner material because you were too fricken lazy to remove the plastic tabs.

I tried to mount these "mint condition" trunk liners, and guess what..they would not mount-Big Surprise!!

I ask you for recourse the day I recieved them, and you tell me tough crap??

The charge back wasn't a matter of the money, I was happy to pay the price as it was more than fair, you and your attitude made it a matter of principal.

I wasn't going to let some punk get away with this crap, especially when I reached out to you to try to make it right.

It is was it is....you try to screw people and you treat "customers" like crap, you get it back in spades...

I know neither of these guys but from the week I have had trying to deal with some vendors on this server that +57 doesnt mean a damn thing to me.

Edit* waiting for something from someone for 3 weeks is ridiculous imho, however I also know there are shady buyers out here too

 

look at evoIX4me's history around the same time the liner was shipped another buyer made the same complaint for delay.

I believe goforwand. But i do want to know how much the liner was purchased for? curious?
