Warning sticker on driver door

Is the warning sticker on the driver door meant to be taken off at delivery, or remained on permanently?

Mine came with that and one sticking out of my glovebox. I removed both myself before the glue got all sticky on my door panel.

It comes right off with no trouble at all.
