Power Steering Loud With hands off wheel !

I searched all forums and nobodys seem to have this problem. Everyones problem is when the wheel is turned or when its locked (all the way left or right) But my noise is a high pitched humming as soon as you start it up and even if you`ve been driving for 2 hours. Wheel will be straight not even moving it and it still does it, gets louder as i rev the motor. gets a little louder when steering wheel is turned all the way, but i know thats normal when its turned all the way. has anyone had this problem on a IX MR? if so what did you do? i tried taking out stock fluid and adding lucas power steering squeal stop and it did nothin. i dont really wanna warranty it. they probably wont even cover it, and if they do look at all the crap in my mods that i would have to remove.
