Help, bad serpentine belt noise

Hey guys. So I just recently replaced my alternator, belt tensioner, and serpentine belt. Once I was done with that install, I started my car, and it ran well for five minutes. I then turn the car off, cleaned up my tools, and then turned it back on. When I turned it back on, it made this sound ( see attached link). When I turned the steering wheel, it seemed like the noise got louder, so naturally I first check the power steering pump. When I put a screwdriver to the pump, and put my ear next to it, the noise was definitely loud and it seem like it was coming right from there. I replaced the pump, I just got done with that, and the noise is still there. I noticed that I think the belt is a little bit looser than it should be, i'm going to measure it, and see how much play there is. I'm also going to make sure all the pulleys and pumps spin freely without the belt on it. Anyone have any input?

I had an issue with belt tension before and throwing the belt at high 7k+ rpm
The a/c comp bracket cracked in half and was allowing the compressor to move just enough to make the belt loose only while revving.
Just a possibility to check on.
