I think he was talking about the markup that some people are paying at dealers.

yeah and you also charge more for the same parts then anyone else on any other web site. You are just a place where someone can buy everything at the same time.. Sorry I'm not happy with the constant over-pricing of items, and abundant bad stories about vivid... I don't car how much money went into that car, I would never buy an already modded vehicle. You know it's been beaten to within an inch of it's life...

People are still paying $44K? Would that be in places like England where car prices are generally higher and you get raped on tax? Nobody in the US is paying $44K for an Evo, that much is certain, so why bother stating that other parts of the world are? I'm pretty sure that the car would go to the US if sold anyway (but it will never sell at your buy it now price). Normal people don't get their mod money back when they sell a car, so why should you expect to? $20K in mods does not equate to $20K over what you perceive it to be worth. Adding mods devalues a car significantly. Of course, I'm just preaching to the choir here though... Hell, you're selling a nearly new car that has no warranty - that's gotta be worth $55K right?

I also think that it is overpriced. But you are also buying the VIVID name, as the car has appeared in magazines and will soon be on the cover of import tuner making it a nationally known car. So the price may be near reasonable.

Nothing has happened over here. In fact we are moving into a larger space, have hired 3 new sales people, and have have picked up several new lines of cars.

Our new SUPER website is launching in 2 weeks with MORE EVO parts then anyone can imagine.

We went through this same BS with people thinking we were going out of business, selling our flagship car, or other crap...seriously relax...

No we are not buying a STI, we have our WRX Project II if you have not seen it...

That is our second WRX we have built...

The EVO will be on the cover a very large magazine and featured in 2 others. Not to mention people are still paying brand new for them $44K in some parts of the world, so yeah that price is a good price....

We have almost finished this EVO and that is what we do, build cars and sell them. We may keep this one as we have other ones here, but would like to see what value we can get for it.

Believe me we have more EVO parts instock then ANY vendor on these boards or out there. We are NOT GOING ANYWHERE.

Check out our whole line up of cars here -

I didn't mean to create B.S. It was a legitimate statement, because honestly we don't all know whats going on down in Tempe, AZ. How well your doing or what your motives are.

What I said was just a worst case scenario thing. Listen dude, we're all concerned about your business We just needed a little FYI on why the most recognizable Evo VIII was up for sale.

Thanks for the clearing up

wow get over it if someone wants to sell their car for a million dollars they are entitled too. now ould buy it but you never know. if i had that money to waste i would buy it. but personally i think that 55K is perfect because you are buying the name! plus you can show it off and you already have that big background as being a nationally recognized show car. just my two cents

Do they have other Evo's or plan on buying another one? I would think it would be hard to keep developing mods without a car!

I just ordered from them and I found them to be great to deal with and prices were very resonable. The RMR parts that I bought were cheaper than RMR by a good bit.... I saved close to $100 overall...

Just my 2 cents...

$40,000 in inventory, puhlease,
I waited 2 weeks for my boost gauge, and overpaid too
but stupid me instead of looking around for the best deal I went with people who advertise here.

Nice car with many of the right pieces. We'll see just how much the Vivid name and build reputation is worth.
