Please Help!!! car is messed up

i bought my 05 evo with 18000 miles on it no warranty because the suspension is not stock and the acd did not work the dealership told me it was because of the suspension. So my transmission just went at 30000 miles now i find out that the transfer case in it was from an 03 and was not set up for the acd or oil cooler so i buy the right transfer case (the 03 one i had was fried anyways) its about to get put in then the mechanic calls me to tell me that there is no pump or hydraulic lines or wiring for the acd someone ripped it all out. So i need the whole system if anyone knows a good place to buy one let me know.

Search on here for the warranty laws. They have to prove that suspension destroyed the t-case. The only way the suspension could have destroyed the tcase is if it was so low and you bumped in on a speed bump and it cracked the case, but that is obviously not the case. Id look up the law and then go to your local library and find it in the law books there and photocopy it. Take it to them and show em. If they refuse to fix it call a lawyer and you should win.

The perils of buying a used car. In Pa you are pretty much stuck with the mess unless the dealership has any reputation, then they may help. I know because I am going through the same thing as we speak. No problem if its new or under warranty.

driving the car for 12000 miles then finding out this problem i doubt the dealership is going to do anything. personally i would have your mechanic call shep, tre https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/members/26342-gears.html or even buschur and find out exactly what you need.
