well an update on this car, the motor is back together after being dropped off at extreme motorsports. had to get a bore and a few other things while it was there. We're dropping the Evo off to get the motor dropped in on the 8th. I'll be buying it right after it runs and then I'll be taking a trip to deal's gap if anyone knows the area pm me and we'll try to get a few people together.

 

Congratulations man! I swear, so many people would have written that car off. I personally read the story, was pissed at your cousin, and figured it's a lost Evo.

You should change your name to Houdini, because you made a POS dissapear and a beautiful Evo apear in it's place.

I am in Florida, and have been wanting to do the tail of the dragon on my sportbike, but with all the hastle the po po have been giving motorcyclists, I wanted to do the run with my Evo.

Let me know when you're going, I'll meet you up there.

lol, thanks man. I love that guy. I seriously don't worry about cops on the dragon. The MAIN thing is STAY ON YOUR SIDE of the road on it. if you do that then they don't really care.

I had a Integra GSR with some work done to it and went there a few different times. I just use it as a mark to see what's up with your car. I was able to beat several corvettes at autocross with the gsr and that's without the nitrous. I hope to beat my time from turn around to turn around with the evo stock. then I'll mod the evo suspension and test it again. It was easier till I joined the military and got stuck in Baltimore, but I should be in NC for a good while starting in Dec. or Jan.
