My GReddy Ti doesn't look so Ti... why?
i weld titanium all day long and that second pic does not look like its real thermal coloring. If your that concerned i would spray it like someone else said. Do not heat it with a torch, theres no way to get the same heat level all the way around unless your really good or have the right equipment. In my opinion yours looks better than the other one.

Yes, I bought it used.
Thanks for the replies guys. I knew nothing was wrong, just wasn't sure why this happened, just wanted to learn something new.
And I use the eagle one never dull on my exhaust, I love it.

Maybe because it weighs around ~10lbs.
Maybe because you benefit from not only the full 3" exhaust but the weight savings you do.
Stock exhaust is well around ~40lbs. My Helix is around ~25-30lbs.
Saving 30lbs on a exhaust is like getting rid of your passenger seat completely or getting rid of your front and half of rear crash beam.
The only thing I don't like about this exhaust is the damn price tag. $1200, maybe more. Thats like 60 dub sacs.

Most companies use a "shocking" technique to get the blue coloring. most likely not a heating process used on a production line. You can search to find out what people use on here to "Shock" titanium. Grab a couple of batteries and a certain solution to get the deisred color.. its not hard from what i hear.

What you can do to get the color back is by Shocking it. Yes Shocking isn't it?
Another member on this forum talked about how to do it. To get the bluish/purple color you put some kind of electric current onto the Ti metal and it'll turn the metal bluish/purple.
