it really depends on the tune, I have more torque than you with an VIII and similar cams and a larger I/C. . .just drive up to NJ and have IVEY tune it. . .he'll get you another large chunk o' torque with those mods!

i believe u should get better number with all these mods and tune!!
trust me the way one drive the car makes a lot of difference!
and depend on what others tell u about there mods bec they sometimes lie to show that their car is faster than urs with less mods!

 

Your numbers arent bad at all for the stock turbo. I just moved from GA. Where did you get tuned? Also the 280's will give him the better top end.

Try turning up the boost. 22psi is safe, but if you wanna beat him turn it up to like 26psi.

Not really sure about what happened to the tq.... I was expecting more tq.

On that run in the pic,I was at Commerce. I literally just got off an hour drive off of the highway and ran. It was a 13.1. I was untuned at the time and by the end of the day I ran a 12.7. The track was so hot, and everyone was running like crap. Also my broke hand was hindering my performance that day too. I normally run at Silver Dollar. Time slips are exactly .5 faster at Silver dollar. Wierd but it's true.
Last time I ran at Silver Dollar, all I had done was intake, TBE, stock boost untuned and I ran a 12.5. I can't wait to go back now that I'm tuned with alot more mods and alot more power.
