i have the hks 272's and love em!! a LOT of top end, but stiill have enough left for low-mid range(starts pulling like crazy around 5000 and up).... and idle is pretty nice....a little cammy, but hey its supposed to..

GSC fo sho. I had hks 264's and swapped them out for gsc 272/264 and couldn't be happier. I was goin to go with the S1 but they still had some older grinds left so I grabbed a pair of them instead.

poor QC, I'd stay away. . .hks, gsc, or cosworth have better QC from what I've seen on these boards. . .

i went through the same thing as you are right now, i wanted something good, couldnt figure out because if i recall gsc cams are a tad cheaper then the HKS. but i ended up going with HKS ever since i had them installed and had al from dynoflash do his magic on my car, next thing i know is that this car with hks 272s is a monster on top end now. i love it!! you wont be disappointed, trust me.

you must ask your self, why do most Cam Comparisons, they always have to Compare it with HKS ?? ...
simply because you get Quality product , so HKS FTW !!

If you are considering HKS consider comp, they are almost identical but cheaper. I have a pair of 272's brand new for sale.
