AEM UEGO reads full lean sometimes

As for an update, I changed out the battery yesterday, needed to be done anyway, and the problem seemed to go away, only to come back. However, I had a two hour drive on highway roads and the guage didn't screw up at all. But, shortly after I pulled off, while sitting at a red light, the gauge pegged itself on the lean side.
My gauge will read full lean w/ the 3 dashes whenever I let off the gas and decelerate. The gauge is pretty accurate when idling, driving, and WOT but whenever i let off it goes full lean. I'm not sure if it is the tune or gauge.

well its supposed to read lean when your in gear and you let off, but even when I get back to neutral it still will read lean, but will idle fine. The problem is better, but still there, i keep thinking that its something electrical with the wiring, who knows
My UEGO (gauge type) does the same thing at idle--I've got cams in an MR. However, at wot, it holds at 14.7 with very slight fluctuation +/- .2.
At idle, often times the car will idle so low that the guage buries itself on the lean side and won't register anything unless I blip the throttle to bring the rpms back up.

If your running 14.7 at WOT, your running pretty lean.....id get your flash checked or something
All perfectly normal behaivior. At idle sometimes it might jump around a little rich and then lean and then it finds middle ground again, it's like the ECU re-calibrating it's narrow band sensor but it's normal. full lean on decel is normal. What you want to pay attention to.. is cruising should pretty much be 14.7, WOT should be low 12's to 10.5 depending on tuning strategy. Most tuners prefer 11.5-10.9. Me.. I like 11.1 all the way to redline.

Yeah I know this, but mine isnt just jumping around a little bit, its just going full lean and sitting there until I move again, it could be 5 min or longer of just idling if its a long light or if im in the driveway, it will just read all the way pegged to the right, but the idle doesnt change, so I dont believe that its the car, just he gauge reading incorrectly, but I think that the problem making it do this could also be effecting the performance and might explain why my car runs great some days and others it doesn't

Just something I noticed last night and to add to discussion.
I normally run 93 octane from Shell but last night I filled up with unleaded 100 octane and although the car's idle still behaved the same, the AFRs never rose above 16.1 which is odd because it used to stumble into full lean "- - -" at idle.
The wierd part is that it still behaved the same, would stumble then after a few seconds surge slightly but this time the AFRs were almost "acceptable" Anyone else experience the same thing or have access to a higher octane fuel to see if this can be replicated?
Anyone smarter than me want to take a stab at whats wrong with the cosi cams, or my setup?
P.S. At cruise and WOT my AFRs are in check.
