I would just adjust the boost as needed

would all have to depend on the amount of temp drop. for a user fix just lower the boost as needed. but you shouldnt really see yourself running too lean if the everything is tuned right...

I'd like to know as well.

****, I'm in SoCal, so I don't think that's a big enough drop in temps?

In the colder weather, boost spikes higher, making the load of the car go high into area that may or may not be tuned. If you tuned for, say, 22psi, when winter comes, just make sure your boost stays at 22psi. If it goes higher, lower it.

no guarantee that it'll be spot on but I do taper the fuel/timing map at higher loads to account for load increase in cold weather. The best thing to do would be to log it when it's cold and see if there's enough knock to warrant some tweaking to dial it back in.

Even if you did go slightly leaner, which you most likely won't if you turn down your boost controller to compensate for the weather, the air is much colder and will have less probability of knock. If your car is tuned well then there would still be a certain margin of safety to compensate for things like this.
