i let my longtime friend drive my evo to his house to do an oil change, the change was longer than exspected, when he got back he told my brother the e-brake catches really high...thats weird...it didnt for me, i drive it EVERYDAY!....
whats wrong with my car, my ebrake doesnt work, and i park on a hill...
how do i fix it. or make him PAY!
basiclly its pointing straight UP! and i move on a hill

the funny thing was he went to my house LIKE 2 mins away to pick up my brother cause i didnt trust him THAT MUCH. so i said go to my house my brother will help u

You can try to adjust the e-brake lever. I tried after I replaced all the brakes, but it didn't work that well. You can try this. Jack up the rear end, remove the tires, rotate the rotor untill the rubber grommet is directly facing down, pop it out, insert a screwdriver, and rotate the lever from top to bottom until the rotor can't rotate any longer. Then rotate the lever back in the other direction a few clicks so the brake doesn't stick. This lever pushes the brake shoes toward the drum. Most people don't know this but the rear brakes have a drum build into the rotor for the e-brake.
