does this sound strange to anyone?

so i was looking at my flash using ECUFLASH and under rom info, it says my car is 2004 and the internal id is 94170008. my car is a 2005, is it possible when i sent out ym ecu i was sent back the wrong one? i dunnno im not familair with this crap thanks in advance

it has acd enough said i bought it in june 2005 right before the 9s came out so its def a 2005 the vin comes back 2005

Pull your ecu and check the # on it w/ a coresponding # elswhere on your car.

Wouldn't your acd not function properly if it was a 04 ecu. Then again some 04s had acd I believe.

No because the acd has its own computer.

Tell me the part # on that ecu and ill tell you what year it was made for.
