anybody have problems with thier stock cd player? it only has 2k miles on it and it wont play new cds at all..i have just bought three new cds and it wont play them at all.. but plays older cds just fine..

 

i actually did buy a new cd and it didnt work. just the one though. all my burned cds and even every other cd i've put in works. my cd player dosen't like mac dre i suppose. thizz on.

 

just reburn the cd if it doesn't work.

 

no cds worked in my stock cd player when i got it used a lil over a month ago

 

i've heard the stock cd player has problems quite often. take it to your dealership and ask them i would.

wow i thought it was rare. my cd player stopped playing cds about a month ago and now all i get is error messages

 

Mine got beat to death with a hammer after about 4 hours of owning the car. The stock CD player in these cars sucks. Just get an aftermarket deck. Even a Spark-O-Matic deck would be better than that pile of trash, and I'm not even some audiophile.

 

mine got hot enough to the point where the CDs would be almost painful hot upon eject.

replace it

 

I have just noticed that too.......... so far only one of my CD did not play, at first I thought it was the CD then after I exhanged it wont play too.

 

take it to the dealer
its under warranty...
its nothing out of your pocket
