I believe so, however, you have to switch over a few things such as the seatbelt adapter and such.

I've heard on this thread of one person performing this but it's a PITA!! It would be a great little trick so the drivers seat doesn't get faded and worn down compared to passenger

LMAO, yesterday when I was cleaning my car (finally after about 2 months of not doing so), I thought to myself "I wonder if I can switch my seat around cause my driver one is getting pretty worn out."

The hole seat frame would ned to be switched. Seat buckle hole is only on the inner sides of the frames so if you were to swap them the'd be useless. If your worried about ware run seat covers.

The knob can be taken off and moved to the other side of the seat.

It would be really easy if you got harnesses, but I think that switching the seat belt plugs(or whatever the **** they are called) would be a pain. The knobs are easy, as they just slide right off. Racing type seats are a lot easier to just switch around than normal seats are. I dont know if they use brackets to mount, but if they do, you would have to keep the brackets on the sides they are designed for, beause they are normally made specific for R or L.

Go buy a driver side seat. Alot easier. You can probably pick up a slightly used one from someone on these forums for cheap too.
