Final Phase, Operation Evo Restore!

Well, just thought I would stop by and let everyone know how our situation with the evo is coming along. We took all the parts over to Extreme Motorsports in Odenton MD a few weeks ago and this is what we discovered. The motor needed to be bored 20 over, so while we were at it we just had some Eagle rods and Arias pistons put in for ****s and giggles. The head was fine fortunately, and just needed a good cleaning. So after a few weeks of waiting to get the car into the shop, the day finally came. Yesterday, I went and rented a tow dolly (again) and towed it over with my Jeep.

So now its just a matter of time before we get this beast back together. The new owner has some amazing plans for this car, cams, exhaust, bigger turbo, are among a few of the things he has lined up for it, its going to be a beast right out of the shop, and I'm going to make sure i post a video of it EVERYWHERE on the net. Finally, I have nothing but praise for Sean over at Extreme Motorsports, they have been very good to myself and my family through this whole ordeal

these are the original threads if you have no clue what I'm talking about....

P.S. also everyone make sure you welcome AMSEVOwannabe, he's the one thats buying and building this beast!

P.S.S. we still need a FMIC and piping and possibly 650 cc injectors

I would've liked to have kept it, but financially it didn't make sense for my wife and I.
My car is so close to being paid off, within the next year, it would be foolish for me to start all over again 20k in debt. I'm just going save up and wait until 2010 and get a Challenger SRT-8 when they become available.

Also pics and vids to come soon, the car will be dynoed upon completion of everything as well.

The grandparents want nothing to do with him, My mother in law for some reason is being entirely too forgiving and it really pisses me off.
