Feed up with dealerships, Need Help

Got my car drove it for the 1st 7500 miles worked great, around 15000k it started grinding in 5th so i did my tranny flush, rear def, and transfer case, the flush didn't do anything. After that took it to the dealership to get the 5th gear synchros checked out they said it was fine they got no grinding so i was like okay fine maybe its just my driving, its been grinding for the past 5-6 k, now i have 21800 miles on it re did the tranny flush, rear def, and transfer case and it was clean as new fluid, there was little to no shavings and its still grinds just as bad. Even going slowly and shifting from 4/5 around 3000-3500 and making sure the clutch is pressed all the way down. of course it grinds more the faster your going.

Took it back to the dealer they keep giving me this run around, and i know somewhere on here i've read that there is a TSB for 2005 5th gear synchros, i've even told the dealership that and they said they haven't seen anything for 05 evo's, i've taken it to carriage mitsu. and rick case(Di** case) nether one wants to help me out.

All the car has is K&N filter and I just got rims, but still have the stock rims, I also have a stock clutch. Basically 99% stock.

What else can i do?
Anyone have a copy of a TSB? that i can take in?
Recommend any dealerships that I could go to, that you've personally had it done at? Near GA don't care if its out of town.
i just hate payn 30+ and getting this kind of crap from dealerships on stock cars. They mine as well sell it without warranty and discount the cars like 1000\or2000

Thanks for any help.
and to add to all this, they aren't even replacing my spoiler which is peeling not as bad but has already started

oh yea he's right...its not like the dealership employs mechanics to fix the cars or anything

i would call mitsubishi and complain to them.... most likely they will tell you to come in on the date the rep is there and he/she will look at the car

Take a mechanic with you and show them that you are not crazy, my 9 is in the shop right now cuz of 5th gear grindage and covered. That is messed up, good luck.

Take it to the dealership and request to go on a drive with one of their drivetrain mechanics. They won't be able to give you the run-around if your in the car with the mechanic during the test drive. Good luck!

There is no TSB for model year 2005.

Model year 2003 & 2004 were affected, though.

Hi bcampbell782, I am curious that your IX grinds on 5th gear too. When did it start and how many miles? THX.

Yea i had it replaced on m 03 VIII under the TSB , i dont think it was for '05 models, but it was only when shifting at high rpms into 5th it would happen, you need to sit in the car with the GM and show him whats happening.

Go on a drive with a tech. I did it and it worked. The tech was really cool and he told me it would be replaced.
