Staright line race is as lame as you can get. ANYthing can be fast in straight. Thats not secret or big deal.

I like the SRT8 jeep. If I'd ever buy a SUV that would be it.

But if my goal was to go fast in the 1/4 mile I wouldn't buy evo or srt8.

 

I like how they think that it takes 15-25K for just an engine build to run 9's. I can see their point though, it would be like us posting about how some turd with an SRT8 wants to race and how he is gonna get smoked (vice versa). There arent as many easy upgrades for the Hemi like there is for us, but 10K to a Hemi it would be awful mean.

I dislike how JJ (NIevo) got treated but thats life.

first off, not all SRT8's are for drag racing. many of the guys run autox and run track days and do very well.
secondly, its apples and oranges, who freakin' cares? lets see, a 4 door 4cyl turbo charged 276hp CAR vs. a 4 door V8 420hp SUV. WOW!
you just want to skip all this and start comparing d!ck sizes?
