Actually, you wont be able to shift that thing fast enough to hurt the tranny... Slow shifts save parts.... Not a fan of the shifter, but thats ok...

I dig the car... No tint on the windows is sweet as hell... Flat black is easy to repair too when it gets bumped and bruised...

BTW Satin Black is a nice look as well, and can be maintained alot better... Flat colors need a good non-porous base or they will hold moisture and rust out if just applied over primer over metal... Its just not the norm for an EVO and thats why everyone either hates or loves it... I personally hate bright "in your face" yellows and reds...
