+100000000000!!!!! Man I was rear ended 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the check from the insurance company to arrive any day now . The car is getting fixed though at the moment and at my expense (at least part of that).

Besides that HOLY S*** damn that sucks Miguel!!!! I feel you right now, even on the part that no one cared that the guy who hit the guy who hit me ran away and nobody around that bastard could tell me his or her license plate number....heck no one stopped to check on us and...oh yeah one guy yelled at us for stopping traffic well sorry for being rear ended at that place and time ***!! .

Yo I'll call you tomorrow to check on you....feeling like crap right now I bet, physically and mentally. Average Florida drivers suck!!!

And for the people who make comments like...ahh there goes my insurance boo hoo hoo, well I wanna see you guys on the same situation as me or as the guy who made this thread and post that same comment again. You cannot avoid all accident in life especially not coming from your part, jeez is like trying to prevent a bomb to go off in Iraq. It could happen to anyone so get that through y'll skull!

Ouch... I had a construction vehicle back in to me damage was similar and cost around $5000.... lucky for insurance

Best way is get the quote etc and buy the expensive parts your self (IE: WING) Payed my deductable on the savings alone.

Er...considering the reason for the typical "spins out" is by driving too fast for the conditions and/or the driver driving over beyond their ability...I'd have to say your opinion is an incorrect one.

Even if there was a "car that cut you off". Think about it...who the hell is going to admit they simply screwed up driving? There's always that mysterious ghost car that no one else ever saw and made no contact with the vehicle. Whatever. We see it all the time in the insurance industry...and 9 times out of 10 after the investigation we find out it was a single car accident wherein the driver was soley at fault.

your tires must be so bald that is why you spun 3-4 times. good your okay though! that cf spoiler must have stopped the impact!
