Got into an accident today with the Evo, pix inside
Nobody here can read "I hope you got the other guys insurance" "Is there are frame damage"
Not only people can't use the search button but they don't read before posting something relevant...

Just be honest you were speeding. If you drive the speed limit you don't lose control you may hit somebody who pulls out directly in front of you, but you don't completely lose control and end up *** first into a tree. BS on this bud I've been driving too many years....especially to lose control in a EVO? You can practically make a u-turn at 60mph.
Er...considering the reason for the typical "spins out" is by driving too fast for the conditions and/or the driver driving over beyond their ability...I'd have to say your opinion is an incorrect one.
Even if there was a "car that cut you off". Think about it...who the hell is going to admit they simply screwed up driving? There's always that mysterious ghost car that no one else ever saw and made no contact with the vehicle. Whatever. We see it all the time in the insurance industry...and 9 times out of 10 after the investigation we find out it was a single car accident wherein the driver was soley at fault.

Spoke to the shop, so far approx 13k estimate, he said its not the damage, the parts are VERY expensive. Each rims is almost $900, that pos wing is over 1k!!! He said its just a lot parts that need to be replaced and the frame isnt damaged at all. I will be going to the shop tomorrow and ill take pics of the car apart how it is right now. He at least im getting a JMD IX bumper
