Can anyone help me with my instrument cluster needles?

For some reason all of them do not light up and do not even move when I start the car.

Is there any fuse that I burnt out? Everything else seems to be working fine.

it can be a fuse u should check the fuse box

 

I didnt see anything in the fuse box, the one under the hood for the instrument cluster

Anyone know where the fuses for the gauges are?
