Question service engine soon light up??
aftermarket catback exhaust + stock cat + stock dp and the CEL is on.

this happened to my friend's evo...

get a non-fouler from autozone and hack the rear 02 sensor??
any suggestions guys?

ture, it does sound lil weird. most time the CEL is only when you run HFC, or TP for sure will give you CEL. maybe he messed up the 02 when he was installing it.
any other suggestions?
ps. has it ever happened to anyone here? i'm going to get a catback pretty soon, i'm starting to worry about it now... lol

this installation will remove your SES (service engine soon) light , or CEL (check engine light) that is caused when you install a test pipe (no cat) or high flow cat.
all of them said the same thing, caused by tp, hfc, etc, and sometimes hfc don't even give you CEL...

I still kept my stock cat and it still showed up SES. I went to autozone and they it read 02 sensor.
