I would hate to do your commute to work especially in the D.C. area. My parents live there and they always have bad things to say about the D.C. traffic.

 

I was kidding about the suing part but, seriously you should consider one of the new diesels over the Pious err..Prius.

Being a Network Engineer by career I just really dig the technology you get with the Prius. I'm looking at getting the 08 in red with all options except the leather interior. I test drove it and liked it! And diesel exhaust makes me sick! (But not as much as not having my EVO!)

I think old people are the worst drivers because they drive bad ALL the time and don't know it, or do and don't care. At least teens drive semi normal most of the time.

Should be a law that requires people over the age of 60 to take a driving test every 3 years or so. I bet if it was a good test testing vision and what not, easily half would fail.

I mean think about it. Old people don't turn to look when they merge or switch lanes (most of the time) because they are OLD and don't move as fast as younger people making them more lazy when it comes to safety. So they just give a quick look in there mirrors which isn't enough. I can't even tell you the amount of times I've almost gotten hit because of this exact reason. Every time it was an older person.

I could go on and on about this.

Anyway sorry to hear about your Evo man. 181k, DAMN! I don't think I've seen one with that much milage on it before.
