Help! Buschur fp3065 or there 35r
He asked about the Buschur 3065 or 35r kits...............he already knows which vendor he wanted to deal with.............
My input on the question you asked.
The 3065 honestly only spools slightly faster than the 35r. I'd say at most, MOST, 400 rpm and that is pushing it. My suggestion is since you are pretty sure the Green is not going to be enough, then go with the 35r. In order for it to work though you MUST have the correct supporting mods first.
As some of the guys here just pointed out, I just finished a car this week that made 533 on OUR dyno on 93 octane fuel. Yes, it was a full build but great power can be made on the stock engine/head too as long as all the supporting mods are done and done correctly.
I can tell you, for an EVO mostly street driven, I love that Green.

well i have 272 cam's, fuel pump, fmic with uicp and licp, full tbe 780's! all this things are just sitting being that i am in iraq! i am going to stay with buschur.....and i want 400-450 on pump only....no meth...i am not sure if i want to build the engine yet! i just want a really fun DD. this is my 2nd evo! my frist evo was bought all ready moded.....320's i think? it was so much fun....sold it before going to iraq...i just bought a 06 from a good friend of mine, it was never moded...i cant wait to get my hands on it! it has been sitting in my drive way for a few months now undriven
I am very happy with my 3065 setup on my car. The turbo does come on a bit earlier than the 35r, and it still hits hard though for a smaller turbo.
My car the other day on Doug's mustang Dyno made 485hp and 435tq @ a quick spike of 31psi but held at 29-30psi (stock block, head with just cams, springs and retainers)
