I put my forge wastegate on. I followed the instrustion from the FP website. I did pulls and noticed my air fuels were 12.2 - 11.9 where usually they are 11.5 average. I have the boost turned down to 25psi. ( I am tuned to 28 with Meth). It holds 25 and falls more that I think it should. The wastegate has three full turns of preload on it. My question is should the wastegate be affecting the airfuels this much? Is it possible that I have too much preload? Also, there is an allen screw on the side of the actuator. What is it for. The instructions say nothing about it.

 

when i put mine on my AFRs stayed the same.

 

That makes me wonder if I have a bad tank of gas. I didn't check the AFR right before the install. I've been driving very tame all week.

 

Can anyone else help with some feedback? I am supposed to go to the track tonight and I really don't want to reinstall my old wga.

 

What type of wideband.....

If its an innovate try re-calibrating it?
