to the looks of it, it seems those missing parts are for someone to convert their evo8 to look like a 9 .... did they mess up your ignition? more details .....thieves

I wasn't allowed to try and start the car. From what i could see the ignition was ripped apart. I'm just confused as to how they even started my car. I honestly thought our cars were bullet proof because of the immobilizer. This just seems off to me.

 

What was the time from when it was stolen to when you got it back?

How do you have a plastic bov?

 

it looks like an easy rebuild.... hope insurance gives u a big chunk of money. next time screw alarms, make custom battery disconnect AND get a tracker

very perceptive.... looks like an evo9 spark plug cover, ACD reservoir etc but evo8 bov. maybe this car is an evo9 conversation only?

 

Sat night was the last time I saw th car. I woke up this morning heading out to work and noticed my car wasnt there. Plastic BOV? It was metal. You know what I find really funny. Why did they even waste their time putting in another intake? They took my HKS intake setup. I wanna kill them!!!!!

i thought that then saw the steering wheel. I would agree with a someone trying to get the 9 parts. But also i see the tails are still there and thats the easiest thing to take.

 

I'm surprised they didn't take the turbo, your gauges, the steering wheel, etc... Well good luck with what you decide to do with the car...

 

They took the aftermarket intake and replaced it with a factory one? And a factory plastic BOV? Weird to say the least
