Depends on how far you want to go. Cosi should tell you whether you'll need to upgrade your springs and retainers.

While you in there valve seals and valves?

Its up to you and the plans for your car

I did. But it means pulling the head if your doing the valves and valve seals. If you just do the springs and retainers you dont need to with the proper tool.

Oh and either way you decide to go do the head studs to insure high and happy boost. Even though Ive yet to see a head lift. It has been done

Go with HKS 272 Cams, or 280s depending on what your going to do in the future. I went with a 280/272 setup. DEFFINETLEY get the walbro 255lph, cams, and maybe even head studs if you plan to run alchy. Headstuds arent really needed, but some like to say its just extra insurance.
